Scope
This notice describes the current Zamar website, support site and web player. Zamar uses your existing Ospo identity for sign-in; Ospo’s account service has its own privacy information.
Account information
Signing in verifies your existing Ospo account. Artist preferences and follows are saved against that account. Your registered account country determines your signed-in music edition. Account access and security checks remain part of sign-in.
Information on your device
Likes, local playlists, history, playback progress and volume are stored in your browser. The local library and progress do not sync between devices. Appearance and edition preferences can also be remembered in browser storage.
The support search filters the guides already on the page. It does not submit your search text to a search service.
Hosting and media providers
Hosting providers process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. Zamar branding is served from its website and media domain. Artist portraits and artwork can load from external image sources listed in the player’s Image credits. Requests for those images are handled by their providers.
Managing your information
You can clear the player’s local library data from its privacy controls. Clearing local browser data does not delete your Ospo account or account-backed follows. Browser settings can also remove site data, which may reset preferences and sign you out.
For account information, security and deletion options, use your Ospo account settings. For help with access, correction or deletion requests, contact Ospo Support.
Support and updates
If you choose to contact Ospo Support, the details you submit are handled in that support service. Include only the information needed to explain your issue; never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
